Fans of the game made by Blizzard Entertainment, of course, are currently feeling a lot of hype after BlizzCon a few days ago, especially after the announcement of Diablo 4.
But the most eagerly awaited end of this year is Warcraft III: Reforged, a remastered version of one of Blizzard’s biggest Real Time Strategy (RTS) games, Warcraft III, which tells of the great battle between four nations.
Just like in Starcraft: Remastered some time ago Warcraft III: Reforged will present all the features available from Warcraft III before, both from Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne episodes in a much sharper graphics quality.
In addition, custom games that are in demand (and do not infringe copyright) in Warcraft 3 are also rumored to be remade for Warcraft III: Reforged, such as Tower Defense, RPG, survival, and others.
And if seen from the sample images on the official website, it is possible that Defense of the Ancients (DotA) will also be one of the custom games that will be given a touch of HD by Blizzard later.
In the picture it looks like a battle in the middle of the lane between Scourge troops and Sentinel troops, with the hero “Rylai Crestfall” who uses the Jaina Proudmoore model against “Razzil Darkbrew” who uses the Goblin Alchemist model.
There is still no confirmation whether this will actually be carried out by Blizzard later, given that they had previously collided with Valve about the copyrighted name ‘DOTA’ a few years ago.
If true, there will probably be a lot of adjustments in DotA for Warcraft III: Reforged later, such as changing the name of the hero and not using abrasion DotA later on.
